Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service and an elevated, personalised shopping experience.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Leverage omni‑channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short‑form video) — to capture client data and convert sales.
  • Operate POS, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and complete cash‑wrap duties efficiently.
  • Perform daily store operations: inventory receiving, replenishment, stockroom management and participation in inventory cycles.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and housekeeping of sales floor and stockroom to uphold the brand environment.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
  • Adhere to retail policies, asset protection procedures and safety protocols while remaining composed in high‑pressure retail periods.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social‑media savviness and experience with live‑stream shopping or video product demonstrations preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling and climbing.

Experience
