Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the store sales team by greeting and assisting clients, maintaining high standards of customer service and personal presentation.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, cards and returns in accordance with policy.
  • Execute visual merchandising directives, refresh product displays and ensure floor stock is replenished to brand presentation standards.
  • Conduct inventory counts, receive and unpack deliveries, and assist with stock organisation in the backroom.
  • Participate in clienteling activities — follow up with VIP and prospective clients, prepare and maintain client records as instructed.
  • Assist with store events, private appointments and seasonal campaigns, providing logistical and frontline support.
  • Maintain store housekeeping, ensure fitting rooms and sales floor remain tidy, and report maintenance or loss-prevention issues.
  • Prepare and deliver concise sales and stock reports to store management when requested.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience; experience in luxury or premium brands preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-focused manner.
  • Ability to operate POS systems accurately and manage cash handling responsibilities.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
  • Professional appearance and adherence to brand grooming standards.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift merchandise/boxes of up to typical retail weights.
  • Right to work in the country of employment.

Experience

Entry-level role; preferably 1+ years of retail or hospitality experience, with prior exposure to luxury or premium retail environments considered an advantage.
