Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalised customer service aligned with Coach brand standards to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Proactively engage walk‑in customers, assess needs, and recommend products to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately for sales, returns and exchanges; perform cash handling and end‑of‑day reconciliation as required.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation to brand guidelines, including replenishment and neatness of displays.
- Build and maintain client relationships using clienteling techniques and the store CRM to drive repeat business.
- Support inventory management activities: receiving, tagging, stock replenishment and periodic stock counts.
- Assist with fitting room etiquette and customer experience, including product knowledge demonstrations and styling advice.
- Adhere to loss‑prevention procedures, store policies and health & safety requirements; support opening/closing routines.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide high‑quality customer service in a retail environment; prior luxury or premium brand experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presentation.
- Demonstrated sales orientation with a track record of meeting individual targets or KPIs.
- Comfortable operating POS systems, handling cash and performing basic transactional procedures.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holidays to meet store scheduling needs.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced retail setting.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level to 1–2 years of retail experience preferred; prior experience with luxury, fashion or accessories brands and seasonal/temporary placements is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or hospitality training is a plus.
