Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver impeccable, client-focused service and build long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and personalised attention.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques, cross-selling and upselling of handbags, accessories and ready-to-wear.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, process returns and maintain accurate cash-handling and till reconciliation procedures.
- Support visual merchandising and floor standards, ensuring product presentation, stock replenishment and store housekeeping meet brand guidelines.
- Execute clienteling activities including appointment bookings, follow-ups and maintaining client records to drive repeat business.
- Assist with inventory management, stock intake, loss-prevention measures and ad-hoc store events or product launches.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further retail or fashion-related education a plus.
- Professional, polished appearance and strong customer-facing presence consistent with a luxury brand.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays for the duration of the temporary assignment.
