Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver impeccable, client-focused service and build long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and personalised attention.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques, cross-selling and upselling of handbags, accessories and ready-to-wear.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, process returns and maintain accurate cash-handling and till reconciliation procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising and floor standards, ensuring product presentation, stock replenishment and store housekeeping meet brand guidelines.
  • Execute clienteling activities including appointment bookings, follow-ups and maintaining client records to drive repeat business.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock intake, loss-prevention measures and ad-hoc store events or product launches.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further retail or fashion-related education a plus.
  • Professional, polished appearance and strong customer-facing presence consistent with a luxury brand.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays for the duration of the temporary assignment.
  • Right to work in the country of employment and ability to pass any required pre-employment checks.

Experience
