Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and create memorable in-store experiences that reflect Coach brand standards.
- Actively engage customers on the sales floor to identify needs, demonstrate product features and close transactions to meet daily sales targets.
- Perform point-of-sale transactions, process returns and exchanges accurately, and manage cash and payment procedures in accordance with store policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising and storefront presentation to brand guidelines, including replenishment, folding, tagging and window dressing.
- Support stockroom operations: receiving shipments, inventory counting, replenishment and housekeeping to ensure product availability and loss prevention.
- Contribute to clienteling activities: capturing client data, scheduling follow-ups and supporting store-led events or private appointments as required.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, safety and compliance procedures while sustaining high standards of professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and the ability to stand and move on the sales floor for extended periods.

Experience
Entry-level to 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience is preferred; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is an advantage. Temporary or seasonal retail experience and familiarity with high-volume store environments are assets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, hospitality or fashion-related training preferred.
