Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service on the sales floor, responding to customer enquiries and cultivating relationships to drive conversion and repeat business.
- Support the store team with transactional duties including point-of-sale processing, returns and accurate cash handling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: replenish stock, fold and display merchandise, and ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Assist with inventory control activities such as stock counts, receiving and organising deliveries, and updating inventory records as directed.
- Support store events and promotional activations, including client appointments, product launches and in-store campaigns.
- Uphold loss-prevention procedures and assist management with daily opening/closing tasks and store housekeeping.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience; luxury retail experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
- Demonstrable customer service aptitude with a client-first attitude and polished interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Right to work in the hiring country without sponsorship.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
