Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service on the sales floor, responding to customer enquiries and cultivating relationships to drive conversion and repeat business.
  • Support the store team with transactional duties including point-of-sale processing, returns and accurate cash handling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards: replenish stock, fold and display merchandise, and ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory control activities such as stock counts, receiving and organising deliveries, and updating inventory records as directed.
  • Support store events and promotional activations, including client appointments, product launches and in-store campaigns.
  • Uphold loss-prevention procedures and assist management with daily opening/closing tasks and store housekeeping.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience; luxury retail experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrable customer service aptitude with a client-first attitude and polished interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Right to work in the hiring country without sponsorship.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

Entry-level to 1–2 years of retail or hospitality experience preferred; prior exposure to luxury or premium-brand environments is advantageous.
