Coach seeks a Temporary Cashier in Yeoju, South Korea. Part-time retail position with POS and customer service responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greeting customers warmly and creating a positive lasting impression
- Act as a brand ambassador for the Insider Program, promoting add-on sales and gift cards
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and full compliance with all company policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized, clean, and well-maintained; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring junior cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and mobile technology
- Basic computer skills
- Strong English language proficiency
