Coach seeks a Temporary Cashier in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Deliver luxury retail service at checkout with POS expertise and customer focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greeting customers warmly and creating lasting impressions aligned with Coach Service standards
- Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift cards as a brand ambassador
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, payment processing, media management, and compliance with all policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized, clean, and well-maintained; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring fellow cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile technology
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred

A combination of education and experience will be considered
