Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience aligned with Coach brand standards and clienteling best practices.
  • Proactively generate sales through product knowledge, suggestive selling and follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
  • Operate the point-of-sale terminal accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and reconcile cash/register at shift end.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and boutique presentation to prescribed standards, including window and floor displays, stock replenishment and housekeeping.
  • Support inventory control and loss-prevention procedures, including receiving, tagging and conducting stock counts.
  • Participate in onboarding and training activities for temporary sales staff and attend store meetings as required.
  • Work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods to meet boutique coverage needs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment.
  • Flexible availability to cover peak retail hours, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills suited to luxury clientele.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks (stock handling, merchandising).
