Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, authentic guest engagement to create memorable in-store café experiences.
- Prepare and serve handcrafted beverages and simple food items following recipe and food safety standards using espresso machines, grinders and ovens.
- Drive sales by educating guests about beverages, food and merchandise; identify upsell and customization opportunities.
- Operate point-of-sale, handle cash/transactions accurately and support daily reconciliation.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards through floor set support, replenishment and stockroom organization.
- Ensure operational excellence: cleanliness, sanitation, inventory control and compliance with food-safety protocols.
- Collaborate with retail team members to solve problems, share selling strategies and support store objectives.
Qualifications
- Prior barista or café experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and customer-service orientation.
