Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor II in New York, NY — lead store operations, coach sales teams and deliver luxury client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day sales-floor operations to meet and exceed store KPIs, including sales, conversion and average transaction value.
- Coach, mentor and develop the sales team through regular feedback, one-on-ones and in‑the‑moment training to elevate clienteling and service standards.
- Deliver exemplary client experience for walk‑in and VIP clients, managing escalations and building long-term relationships.
- Execute visual merchandising and product presentation to brand standards, maintaining floor sets and promotional displays.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and shrink-prevention procedures.
- Manage cash handling, point-of-sale operations, store opening/closing and daily operational checklists to ensure compliance.
- Create and maintain staff schedules in alignment with business needs, monitor attendance and support payroll administration.
- Partner with the store manager on recruitment, performance reviews and disciplinary actions as required.
Qualifications
- Proven retail supervisory experience, preferably within a premium or luxury fashion brand.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and coach teams to achieve measurable performance improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first orientation.
- Strong organisational skills; attention to detail in visual presentation and inventory processes.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
At least 3 years of retail experience with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or lead role; experience in luxury, premium or fashion retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail management, business or fashion is preferred but not mandatory.
