Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the store sales team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and conversion objectives through coaching, performance management and hands-on floor leadership.
  • Deliver exceptional clienteling and customer service standards; cultivate long-term client relationships and ensure a personalised in-store experience.
  • Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS transactions, inventory control and visual merchandising standards.
  • Coach, train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, loss-prevention protocols and store processes; conduct regular briefing and feedback sessions.
  • Support merchandising and stock replenishment activities, execute seasonal floor moves and maintain presentation consistent with brand directives.
  • Enforce operational compliance with company policies, health and safety procedures and loss-prevention measures; assist the Store Manager with scheduling and payroll control.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury or premium retail with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong clienteling and interpersonal skills with a service-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop retail teams, manage performance and drive engagement.
  • Comfortable with retail operational tasks: cash handling, inventory management and basic financial controls.
  • Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings and peak retail periods; ability to travel occasionally for training if required.

Experience
