Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily sales floor and stockroom operations, ensuring compliance with Coach standards and procedures
  • Lead and develop retail team members, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure proper product organization and inventory control
  • Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction through team engagement and personal customer interactions
  • Manage store communications and coordinate with district and regional management
  • Execute visual presentations and seasonal merchandising initiatives
  • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to loss prevention protocols

Qualifications
