Coach Supervisor II position at Woodbury Common location. Part-time supervisory role in premium retail fashion. $50K–$70K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales floor and stockroom operations, ensuring compliance with Coach standards and procedures
- Lead and develop retail team members, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure proper product organization and inventory control
- Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction through team engagement and personal customer interactions
- Manage store communications and coordinate with district and regional management
- Execute visual presentations and seasonal merchandising initiatives
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a retail environment
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and sales metrics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs regularly
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
- Demonstrated commitment to customer focus and building effective teams
Skills
Experience
Prior supervisory or lead experience in retail, luxury goods, or fast-paced customer service environments is preferred. Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and building cohesive, high-performing teams is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or coursework is a plus.
