Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily store operations and staff performance
- Ensure customer satisfaction and exceptional service delivery across the coffee shop location
- Manage sales floor and stockroom operations, inventory management, and merchandising standards
- Recruit, train, develop, and mentor direct reports to achieve individual and team goals
- Implement Coach's strategic vision and brand standards consistently throughout the location
- Analyze performance metrics, address operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements
