Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding service and building lasting guest relationships
- Support daily sales goals, motivate team performance, and drive key selling behaviors
- Provide real-time feedback, training, and support to associates to elevate craft, selling, and service skills
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ordering and inventory management, food safety, and visual merchandising standards
- Address customer concerns and operational issues with professionalism and urgency
- Uphold Coach brand values and ensure a consistent luxury experience while acting as an ambassador in the local market
- Lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail or food service management
- Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks
- Organizational skills and ability to work with food and beverage operating systems
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy season, and public holidays
