Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding service and building lasting guest relationships
- Support daily sales goals, motivate team performance, and drive key selling behaviors
- Provide real-time feedback, training, and support to associates to elevate service skills and performance standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ordering, inventory management, food safety, and visual merchandising standards
- Address customer concerns and operational issues with professionalism and urgency
- Uphold Coach's brand values and ensure a consistent luxury experience while acting as an ambassador in the local market
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail or food service management
- Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks
