Coach in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario seeks a Part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury client service and drive omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales performance by cross-selling, upselling and executing individual sales plans to meet or exceed personal and store KPIs.
  • Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data, process transactions and convert opportunities.
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap duties, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining store standards.
  • Receive shipments, manage stockroom organization and support inventory cycles to ensure product availability and accurate stock movement.
  • Process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently and in line with company policies and asset protection procedures.
  • Maintain a high-energy presence on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
  • Adhere to health & safety and manual handling requirements, including regularly lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and performing physical store tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and contribute to team KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
  • Strong English communication skills for engaging clients and following operational documentation.
  • Comfortable with social selling, live‑streaming or video demonstrations and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or outlet experience is preferred. Demonstrated success with POS operation, clienteling and achieving individual sales targets is expected. Experience with social media selling or live-stream formats is an advantage.

Education

No formal degree required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. A combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered; post‑secondary study in fashion, visual merchandising or retail management is an asset.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
