Coach seeks a Sales Associate in New York, NY — a client-focused retail professional to drive boutique sales and deliver luxury service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-value and walk-in clients to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive clienteling and conversion of traffic.
  • Execute clienteling activities including follow-up, appointment management and maintenance of customer profiles in the CRM.
  • Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, floor sets, product presentation and housekeeping to brand guidelines.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and perform responsible cash handling.
  • Support inventory control: receive shipments, perform stock replenishment, cycle counts and participate in periodic inventories.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention protocols and secure handling of merchandise.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and colleagues on promotions, events and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion, accessories, or leather-goods boutiques.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
  • Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury retail environment.

Experience
