Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
  • Sell across channels using Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos).
  • Complete transactions accurately and efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and support omnichannel fulfillment.
  • Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a well‑organized, branded sales floor and stockroom and follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support team performance by sharing knowledge, assisting across functional areas and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities and adapt to feedback while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven competency with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); experience with clienteling and data capture preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; luxury retail background and familiarity with omni-channel selling and social/live-stream retail preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
