Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Toronto, Ontario (Yorkdale). Join Coach to deliver luxury retail service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, upholding the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and follow up with prospects to close sales.
- Maintain a high-energy presence on the sales floor, manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising standards, keep the sales floor and stockroom clean and organised, and follow asset protection procedures.
- Assist teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based environment.
- Comply with safety and physical requirements, including regular lifting of up to 25 lbs and occasional lifts up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans.
- Experience operating POS systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad and laptop in a retail environment.
- Familiarity with clienteling practices, data acquisition and social selling techniques (short-form video, live demos preferred).
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Capable of performing physical retail tasks: lifting, bending, climbing and stockroom manoeuvres.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail or brand boutique experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and practical sales experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
