Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience through proactive clienteling and attentive in-store service.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling.
  • Maintain authoritative product knowledge and communicate Coach’s brand heritage and craftsmanship to clients.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards to ensure windows and sales floor reflect brand presentation guidelines.
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash and multi‑payment methods accurately using the store POS system.
  • Support inventory management activities including stock replenishment, receiving and cycle counts.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships, follow up on leads and manage after‑sales service.
  • Adhere to loss prevention, cash handling and store security policies while supporting day‑to‑day operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client orientation.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Comfortable using point‑of‑sale systems and basic retail technology for transactions and client records.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
  • High level of professionalism, presentation and attention to detail.

Experience

1–2 years of client‑facing retail experience is preferred; prior experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is strongly desirable and advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or visual merchandising is a plus.
