Coach Sales Associate, Miami, Florida — temporary part-time luxury retail position at Dolphin Mall, $15–$24.25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to meet business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; follow retail policies, POS, and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles through receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain composure in a fast-paced retail setting
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season, and public holidays
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
- Luxury retail background (preferred)
- Social media proficiency and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
- Clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred)

1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail; understanding of fashion trends and competitors; familiarity with omni-channel retail concepts and digital selling tools.
