Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with Coach style and service standards.
  • Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up.
  • Drive sales and KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations—execute and track personal sales plans.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock merchandise and manage product flow between sales floor and stockroom.
  • Maintain a high-energy sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
  • Adhere to asset protection procedures, retail policies and store hygiene/organisation standards.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, contribute to brand initiatives and participate in training and inclusion activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven competence with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); experience with mobile POS is required.
  • Familiarity with walkie‑talkie use and the ability to read price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social‑media savvy; experience with short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
