Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience in accordance with brand style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product knowledge, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demos) to capture client data and close sales.
- Support day-to-day store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory receipt and replenishment, and assist visual merchandising.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization and adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, participate in training and brand initiatives, and adapt behavior based on feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and basic computer/mobile devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with clienteling tools and social selling.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion experience preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of education and relevant retail/sales experience will be considered.
