Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, upholding Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences through styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations.
  • Drive sales and client loyalty through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and facilitate omni-channel transactions.
  • Perform daily store operations: manage cash wrap, process inventory, replenish stock, maintain visual merchandising and ensure sales floor standards.
  • Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pick-ups) and support inventory cycles including receiving and stocking shipments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
  • Collaborate with teammates, support other functional areas as needed and participate in brand initiatives and training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficient with POS operation and basic computing on iPad/laptop; experience using mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Capable of lifting regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and performing physical duties such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience

At least one year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or branded-clienteling experience preferred. Familiarity with social selling and live-stream/video demonstrations is an advantage.
