Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate point-of-sale systems to process sales, returns, exchanges and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver elevated client service consistent with luxury brand standards, including personalized assistance and product knowledge.
  • Perform cash handling duties with strict reconciliation, safe custody and adherence to cash-control procedures.
  • Support store operations including merchandising, replenishment, pricing, and basic inventory tasks.
  • Assist in loss-prevention and security procedures; report discrepancies and follow escalation protocols.
  • Contribute to sales objectives through suggestive selling, client follow-up and maintaining visual presentation.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized checkout area and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail or hospitality certificate is a plus.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Demonstrable numeracy and strong attention to detail for accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
