- Coordinate store opening/closing procedures, cash handling and point‑of‑sale reconciliation while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Support recruitment, scheduling and day‑to‑day team management to ensure optimal staffing and a cohesive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role; experience in luxury or premium fashion preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing team performance.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to lead by example in a high‑traffic retail setting.
- Sound numeracy for handling cash procedures, sales reporting and basic P&L awareness.
- Authorization to work in the country of employment.
