Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the store sales team, enabling seamless client service and transactional efficiency.
- Execute clienteling activities and assist with follow-up to nurture relationships, convert leads and maximize lifetime value.
- Process sales transactions accurately, manage returns/exchanges and maintain point-of-sale procedures consistent with brand standards.
- Oversee inventory processes including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and reconciliations to sustain product availability and visual standards.
- Support visual merchandising and merchandise presentation to uphold brand aesthetics and seasonal floor sets.
- Prepare basic sales and inventory reports, monitor KPIs and escalate trends or variances to store leadership.
- Coordinate with back-of-house teams and corporate partners (logistics, loss prevention, CRM) to resolve operational issues.
- Coach and assist junior staff on operational tasks and standard operating procedures when required.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably 2+ years in a sales-support or operations role within luxury or premium fashion.
- Demonstrated understanding of clienteling and high-touch customer service expectations in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail for cash handling and inventory reconciliation.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact confidently with high-net-worth clients and colleagues.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; flexible scheduling capability.
