Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, client-focused service on the sales floor to support conversion and long-term client relationships.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash accurately.
  • Support merchandising activities including product replenishment, window and floor styling, and maintaining visual standards.
  • Manage stockroom tasks: receive deliveries, conduct inventory counts, restock sales floor, and assist with stock organization.
  • Assist with appointment coordination, clienteling follow-ups and maintaining client records in store systems.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, uphold loss-prevention protocols and ensure a pristine retail environment.
  • Prepare sales reports and communicate daily operational updates to store management as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a retail or client-facing environment.
  • Comfortable handling cash, operating a POS and performing accurate transactional duties.
  • Professional presentation, strong communication skills and a service-oriented demeanour appropriate for luxury retail.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise boxes (typical retail lifting requirements).

Experience
