Coach in New York seeks a Temporary Sales Support Associate to assist store operations, client service and merchandising during peak periods.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary client service on the sales floor, responding to enquiries and building rapport to drive conversion and loyalty.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the store point-of-sale system and manage cash handling and receipts.
  • Support visual merchandising and floor moves to maintain brand presentation and seasonal displays to specification.
  • Assist with stockroom operations including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and system updates.
  • Execute clienteling activities: follow-ups, appointment support and maintaining customer records within CRM tools as directed.
  • Help prepare store for peak trading periods and promotional events; offer gift wrapping and personalized service.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention procedures and store operational standards; report discrepancies to the store management team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Reliable availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow brand visual standards.
  • Basic numeracy and attention to detail for cash handling and inventory tasks.
