Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service and proactive clienteling to cultivate long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Support in-store sales activity through point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges, and accurate cash handling.
  • Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Execute brand visual merchandising and presentation standards, ensuring the salesfloor reflects seasonal directives.
  • Coordinate with store leadership on daily operational needs, sales initiatives and achievement of KPI targets.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries—in-person, by phone and by email—and escalate complex issues to management.
  • Assist with training and onboarding of junior staff and temporary team members when required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in retail, fashion or business preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail, with preference for luxury or premium-brand environments.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and customer-service expertise, with a commercial mindset and strong sales orientation.
  • Reliable numeracy and experience with cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holiday peaks as required by retail operations.

Experience
