Coach Store Support Assistant

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to store leadership, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling reconciliation.
- Process incoming shipments, manage stockroom organization, and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management and POS systems.
- Support visual merchandising and floor replenishment to ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards.
- Assist with clienteling activities: maintain client records, schedule appointments, follow up on enquiries, and support sales conversion efforts.
- Prepare and deliver routine sales and operations reports; escalate discrepancies and assist with basic data entry in CRM and reporting tools.
- Coordinate returns, repairs, and exchanges in accordance with company policy; liaise with regional teams for issue resolution.
- Contribute to a safe, loss-prevention–minded environment by following security procedures and participating in stock audits.

- High degree of professionalism, discretion and a client-focused attitude.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrable numeric aptitude for cash handling and basic reporting.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; typically 0–2 years of retail, sales-support or administrative experience. Prior experience in luxury retail or client-facing environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or an associate degree in business, retail management or a related field is a plus.
