Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch client service and assist sales teams with clienteling activities, follow-ups and VIP relationship management.
  • Support daily store operations including point-of-sale transactions, cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Manage inventory processes: receive and process shipments, conduct cycle counts, and support stock replenishment.
  • Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards and on-floor presentation to brand directives.
  • Prepare and submit operational and sales reports, assist with KPI tracking and ad-hoc analysis for store leadership.
  • Act as escalation point for customer issues, coordinating with store management and corporate teams to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Coach and mentor junior associates on product knowledge, client engagement techniques and store procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or premium-brand retail, ideally in a multi-channel environment.
  • Demonstrable expertise in clienteling and high-value customer service.
  • Proven track record in inventory control, cash handling and Point-of-Sale operations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and coach peers.
  • Flexible availability to support retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience

At least three years of progressive retail experience within a luxury or premium brand, with exposure to clienteling, inventory management and mentoring or informal supervisory responsibilities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
