Coach is seeking a Store Supervisor for its Wuhan Bailian Outlet, responsible for developing sales, ensuring high-quality customer service, achieving sales targets with the Store Manager, developing employees and managing inventory. The role requires a junior college degree or above and at least 5 years of retail or luxury industry experience, including at least 2 years of management experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop sales and enhance customer service.
- Ensure the store delivers high-quality customer service.
- Work with the Store Manager to plan and achieve sales targets.
- Provide employee training and development.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.
Qualifications
- At least a junior college degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail or the luxury industry, including at least 2 years of management experience.
- Professional integrity and leadership ability.
- Ability to resolve customer complaints.
- Strong coordination, organizational and team-building abilities.
- Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, enthusiasm for the role, and willingness to take on additional work proactively.
