Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a brand ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness among customers and team members
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operational management of the store
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make recommendations to enhance store profitability and customer experience
  • Recruit, interview, train, and evaluate store team members; provide high-level coaching and performance feedback to improve individual and collective results
  • Establish trust and integrity within the team to promote a fair, positive, and inclusive workplace culture that supports collaboration

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor or assistant manager level
  • Proven ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift products; capacity to carry and move at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to drive sales results consistently
  • Experience with sales data analysis and performance metrics
  • Proven team leadership and people management capabilities
  • Knowledge of retail compliance, company policies, and operational procedures
