Coach Store Supervisor
Coach seeks a Store Supervisor in Shenzhen (Maoye) to lead boutique sales and operations at its retail location.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations and ensure compliance with brand standards for visual merchandising, housekeeping and client experience.
- Supervise, coach and develop sales staff; manage shift schedules and oversee onboarding and in-store training.
- Drive sales performance through active selling, clienteling, and execution of promotional initiatives to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Manage inventory processes including stock receiving, transfers, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, oversee cash handling procedures and produce daily/weekly sales and operational reports.
- Support loss-prevention protocols and ensure adherence to health, safety and security policies.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role, preferably within luxury fashion or premium accessories.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and coach sales teams to high performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in China.

Experience
Typically requires 2+ years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity; experience in luxury or premium-brand environments is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or hospitality is advantageous.
