Coach in Kuala Lumpur seeks a full-time Store Supervisor to lead sales, coach teams and deliver exceptional client experiences at Mitsui Outlet KLIA.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve store sales targets and deliver an elevated customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by promoting Coach values, increasing brand awareness and ensuring consistent brand presentation.
- Lead execution of company initiatives and support daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory handling and visual standards.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, propose improvement actions and implement performance-driving plans.
- Recruit, interview and support onboarding; deliver high-level training and ongoing coaching to develop individual and team capabilities.
- Provide regular performance feedback, hold team accountable to targets and enforce compliance with company policies and store procedures.
- Champion clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and mentor the team on personalised service techniques.
- Support HR-related matters and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership to preserve a healthy workplace environment.
- Perform physical tasks required for store operations, including lifting and moving product, cartons or fixtures as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead/supervisor level.
- Demonstrated leadership presence with ability to motivate teams and maintain an inclusive, collaborative culture.
- Proven track record of driving sales results through KPI management, business planning and customer-centric initiatives.
- Experience in recruiting, conducting performance evaluations and delivering training or coaching.
- Capability to perform physical store tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs routinely and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in a competitive retail environment, ideally within premium or luxury fashion retail.
