Coach seeks a Store Supervisor in Jiangyin, China — full-time role leading sales, service and inventory at the Jiangyin Huadi boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and expand market share for the Jiangyin boutique through disciplined execution of sales plans.
- Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and client experience on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with the store manager to plan, monitor and achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
- Coach, train and develop boutique staff to elevate selling capability and product knowledge.
- Manage inventory control processes and maintain accurate stock records and visual presentation.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly to preserve brand standards and client loyalty.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of retail or luxury industry experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Demonstrated leadership, professional conduct and people development skills.
- Proven ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate stock controls.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the capacity to work under pressure.
- Proactive, resilient and willing to assume additional responsibilities when required.
- Good English communication skills.

At least 5 years of retail or luxury-sector experience with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or store-management capacity.
Education
Associate degree or higher.
