Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness throughout the store
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operational execution of the business
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Execute individualized team development to increase overall customer experience and performance
- Recruit, interview, conduct performance evaluations, and provide high-level training to team members
- Provide necessary feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving personal and business goals
- Enforce compliance of company policies, procedures, and store operational guidelines
- Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences
- Champion clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and meet business goals
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in the absence of senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch; lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly; occasionally lift and carry product, cartons, props, or fixtures up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrated ability to build effective teams and foster collaborative, inclusive culture
- Strong business acumen and strategic execution of store goals and KPIs
- Exemplary customer service orientation and experience in client relationship management
