Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness throughout the store
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operational execution of the business
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Execute individualized team development to increase overall customer experience and performance
  • Recruit, interview, conduct performance evaluations, and provide high-level training to team members
  • Provide necessary feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving personal and business goals

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
  • Ability to bend, reach, and stretch; lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly; occasionally lift and carry product, cartons, props, or fixtures up to 50 pounds
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective teams and foster collaborative, inclusive culture
  • Strong business acumen and strategic execution of store goals and KPIs
  • Exemplary customer service orientation and experience in client relationship management
