Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness throughout the organization
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the store business
- Establish trust and maintain integrity while promoting an inclusive and collaborative culture within the store team
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development plans to increase overall customer experience and engagement
- Execute forward-planned strategies and initiatives to achieve store goals and key performance indicators
- Support recruitment, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training for team members
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance; hold team accountable for achieving goals
- Adhere to and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational protocols
- Mentor team members on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of district leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or above
- Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals consistently
- Strong business acumen and understanding of retail operations and KPIs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of building and developing effective teams
