Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness across the store
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
  • Establish trust and foster collaboration within store and throughout the organization to promote a fair, positive, and inclusive culture
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implement individualized team development strategies to increase overall customer experience and engagement
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training activities
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving goals
  • Adhere to and enforce company policies, procedures, and store operational protocols
  • Mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and meet business objectives
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership
  • Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners
  • Physically assist with store operations, including ability to lift, carry, and move products up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift at least 25 pounds regularly; ability to lift and carry products, cartons, props, or fixtures up to 50 pounds at times
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capability
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement performance improvement strategies
  • Customer-centric mindset with commitment to exceptional service delivery
