Coach Store Shift Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to brand visual, operational and service standards.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales advisors to achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales, conversion and average transaction value.
- Drive clienteling initiatives and cultivate long-term client relationships through personalized service and follow-up.
- Oversee inventory control, stock management, receiving procedures and periodic cycle counts to minimize shrinkage.
- Execute visual merchandising directives and ensure product presentation aligns with seasonal directives and campaigns.
- Manage cash handling, register reconciliation and opening/closing procedures in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare and submit shift reports, sales reconciliations and incident reports; escalate issues to store management as required.
- Enforce loss-prevention measures and maintain a safe, professional retail environment for clients and staff.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within a premium or luxury fashion brand.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing sales teams through coaching and performance feedback.
- Strong customer service orientation with demonstrated clienteling ability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of motivating a diverse team.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holidays; ability to work scheduled shifts.
- Eligibility to work in the country of employment and pass any required background checks.

Experience
Typically requires 2+ years of progressive retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory or lead role; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in business, retail management or a related field is advantageous.
