Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations during assigned shifts, including opening/closing, cash handling, and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
  • Coach, train and mentor sales advisers to drive exceptional client service, clienteling and achievement of individual and store sales targets.
  • Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain brand presentation standards to optimise product storytelling and conversion.
  • Manage daily sales floor deployment and coordinate staffing and shift coverage in collaboration with store management.
  • Oversee inventory controls, receiving and stockroom organisation; support cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-up and personalised service.
  • Support administrative tasks such as sales reporting, KPI tracking and onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury or premium retail, including supervisory or lead responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding client service.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and motivate front-line retail teams.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the hiring country.
