Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the store sales team during assigned shifts to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling and concierge-level service; cultivate long-term relationships with high-value customers and prospects.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates through ongoing feedback, formal training and performance reviews; drive selling skills and product knowledge.
- Oversee operational duties including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and adherence to loss-prevention protocols.
- Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects current brand directives and promotional activity.
- Manage inventory transactions, receive shipments, conduct cycle counts and support stock replenishment to optimize availability.
- Support store leadership with scheduling, payroll administration and labour optimization while maintaining service levels during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in premium or luxury retail environments.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing store-level talent.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate a multicultural, client-facing team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with polished client-facing etiquette.
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and peak retail periods; capacity to work retail shift patterns.
