Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Develop and maintain enduring client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; track and meet KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demonstrations) to capture customer data and convert leads.
  • Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom; comply with POS procedures, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support inventory cycles and product movement; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept and act on feedback while preserving a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Familiarity with social media selling, live‑stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition techniques (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver between sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
