Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store sales team to achieve daily and monthly KPIs, including sales, conversion, average transaction value and clienteling metrics.
- Coach, develop and mentor associates through on‑the‑floor training, performance feedback and individual development plans.
- Own daily store operations: opening/closing procedures, cash handling, register reconciliation and scheduling.
- Implement and maintain Coach visual merchandising and presentation standards to deliver a differentiated luxury retail experience.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment and loss‑prevention procedures in partnership with logistics and store management.
- Deliver exceptional client service to VIP and walk‑in clients through proactive clienteling, appointments and follow‑up.
- Execute brand promotions, product launches and local marketing initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and visual directives.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or lead experience in a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong people leadership skills with experience coaching and developing frontline sales associates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional presentation and client service orientation.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.

Experience
Typically 2+ years in retail sales with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role within a luxury or premium-brand environment. Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and developing store teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business, fashion or related field preferred.
