Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience that reflects the Coach brand and drives repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, including prospecting, follow-up, and managing a client book.
- Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards, ensure floor sets are executed and stock is presented to brand guidelines.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately, and manage cash handling procedures.
- Support inventory control activities including receiving, stock rotation, and loss-prevention best practices.
- Collaborate with the store team on promotions, events, and product launches to maximize customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in retail sales, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
