Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to retail stores and the sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales processes and client service standards.
- Process and manage sales orders, transfers and returns accurately within the brand's retail systems and CRM.
- Maintain and update customer records and clienteling activities in Salesforce or equivalent CRM, supporting follow-up and retention initiatives.
- Generate, analyse and distribute daily and weekly sales and inventory reports to store leadership and regional teams.
- Coordinate with merchandising, inventory and logistics teams to resolve stock discrepancies, expedite replenishment and support store replenishment planning.
- Support onboarding and ongoing training of sales staff on systems, visual standards and sales procedures.
- Assist in planning and executing in-store events, private appointments and VIP client experiences.
- Handle escalated customer service issues with discretion and a solutions-oriented approach, preserving the brand experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail operations, sales support or client services within a premium or luxury environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy in transactional work.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment and to work flexible hours when required.
- Discretion handling confidential client information and financial transactions.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3+ years in retail operations, sales support, or customer service—preferably within a luxury fashion or accessories brand. Experience with CRM platforms and retail reporting is expected.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.
